As a hostess, I'm not sure what is more fun, seeing all the great contest entries or seeing the packages roll in. Thanks for posting about all goodies. What lovely swappers you all are!
This is also the time when a couple of poor swappers start to wonder if they will ever get a package. Don't worry that it might be too soon to tell us. I promise you're not being a bother:-)
Since packages were supposed to be sent out by November 17th, you all should have gotten yours by now.
So, if you're still waiting, please e-mail your hostess so we can get things taken care of. It's helpful if you send us your partner's name, e-mail, blog and last contact. We'll try to get in contact with them to see what's up. If your partner did indeed flake on you, we'll get an angel set up for you. I'm hoping to get all swap business wrapped up before Christmas.
Peace,
Knittymama

And the winners are:
Knittywitty, who wins an adorable Posy Sock Sack!
Sunneshine, who wins KnittinDiva's gorgeous hand dyed yarn!
Elizabeth P, who wins a skein of Barbara's amazing coffee dyed yarn!
I used the faithful Randomizer to pick our three lucky winners for Contest #1. If they could please e-mail me at coffeeswap AT yahoo DOT com with their snail mail I will be sure to get those prizes in motion!
Thank you to our swap members who donated prizes this round. Please be sure to check out their shops if you'd like to order something for yourself. Barbara doesn't have a shop up but says you can contact her if you are interested in her yarn.
Bummed you didn't win this round? Keep the faith...we have 20 prizes to give away in Coffeeswap Three, so keep those entries coming. (There will be four contests total.) I really enjoyed reading them all and getting to know everyone. I especially enjoyed all those wonderful photos (you guys have some very cute pets!) and lovely descriptions of you favorite places to knit. Thanks for all the entries!
Peace,
Knittymama

Important Updates
Hello Swappers!
-All partners are now out. People need to be in contact with each other by Sunday. It's helpful to let your hostess know how things are going, if you've been in contact, etc. Remember, the "send by" date is November 17th.
-If a swapper has not heard from her partner they need to e-mail their hostess by Monday so she knows and can take care of it. There always seems to be at least one or two people who mysteriously drop out, and we'd like the chance to fix that as soon as possible so that no one is left without a partner.
-Please try keep on top of the blog. We often make updates with important information that you may need to know. It can be easy for these to get lost in all the posts, so if you check the labels from "admin" or "swap info" you can easily stay caught up. I think some of the confusion for a few people about their partners was due to my announcements getting lost in all those wonderful contest entries!!!
-Contest #1 closes Saturday night. Contest #2 Starts on Sunday. We have over 20 wonderful prizes to give away this swap round, so make sure you get your entries in!!! I'll announce the first winners Monday night.
-I'm without computer this weekend, so I won't be able to answer any e-mails until late Sunday night at the earliest, more like Monday. If you have specific questions, e-mail your hostess directly. If I'm your hostess and you can't wait until Monday, just post to the blog and one of the other hostesses can answer your question.
-Thanks everyone for your participation and your patience as we get Swap Three rolling. Round three is a much bigger swap than the past two (I can't believe the first had only 50!) Of course a much bigger swap means there are always a couple things that need to get worked out, but I'm glad we are able to do it this way as we can include a lot more people. I think we're all set and ready to go. This is going to be a wonderful round. Have fun!!!
Peace,
Becca

Partners, email, etc....
Hello Swappers,
Dawn ;)
it has come to my attention that we are still experiencing some minor difficulties with swap partners. I have also noticed that several of us have different email addresses we use for blogger than the one used to sign up for the swap. If you still have not been contacted by one of us, please email me at asimplifiedlife at hotmail dot com. Please include your name, blogger id and all emails that apply. ;D
Thx for your continued patience and we will get this resolve as quickly as possible.
Dawn ;)
