As you can see from the photo below I don't have a favorite knitting place yet. We just moved and my craft room is still in boxes. I am hoping to fix that soon but I have to unpack the rest of the house first. In the meantime I sit on the couch and knit along with sitting in the car line waiting to pick my son up from school.

Winter is here..

This swap has arrived at the perfect time! This morning I was greeted with a fresh blanket of snow. The first snowfall is early - even for Anchorage.

A warm cup of coffee is sounding pretty good right about now.

This is a photo of my 5 year old angel making his first snow angel of the season.

Good Morning!

I'm so excited! I'm Heather, aka "Arctic Knitter", sitting up here in Anchorage, Alaska sipping a cup of coffee before I take my boys off to school. Currently it's dark and 37.8°F brrrr! Winter is on it's way. Coffee and Knitting - what a beautiful combination! Looking forward to making new cyber friends.
